My wife and kids are really who I live for and otherwise I`m just a regular guy searching for a little happiness while I excavate my passion for creating art. A good day for me includes smiles on family`s faces, a scratch behind the dogs ears, a breath of fresh air before I slice one into the woods. I am grateful for the rich life I`ve been given and I hope that through my art and with my life I can reduce some suffering in other folks lives.

As a native Chicagoian, I have witnessed the evolution of the Chicago art scene. From the furvor over the Picasso in the Daley Center to our wonderful Millennium Park. The Chicago way has been bold and without fear! I would like to follow in this tradition.

  As far as my take on art, it`s apparent that the viewer brings his/her experiences to the art piece and their response to it is really all that matters. My hope is that my art can make a connection with the viewer and to hold that connection time and time again. The simple test of the success a work of art is whether it compels re-engagement.
